All sales on this website are processed in Australian Dollars.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that shopping online can be a little tricky, therefore we've tried to make our returns policy as simple and helpful as possible. 

AUSTRALIA

Returns and exchanges for faulty goods can be made up to 14 days after receipt of your goods. Goods must have original tags and be in unused condition. When returning any items please ensure you quote your invoice.

Lazybones is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail.

Please note that for any change of mind returns you will need to cover the cost of postage. 

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty items are to be returned to us. We will happily pay your postage costs. Once we receive the item a replacement will be sent to you. If we are unable to provide a replacement then a refund may be offered.

REST OF WORLD

For all international customers goods can be returned to us within 20 days of the date of your invoice and are to be returned in the condition they were received. 

* Please contact us first before returning items. All refunds & credits will only be given once we have received the goods back at our head office.

ART PRINT RETURNS

Print on demand product returns are subject to the following criteria:

- Any prints returned to us must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund is approved

- If a returned print is damaged in any way a store credit may be issued rather than a refund
